| Higurashi no Naku koro ni is an anime, based on popular japanese series of doujin sound novels. Have anyone seen it yet? It's very dark and cruel, but i think SIREN fans should love this anime ^^ |

| It's very creepy. I only watched few first episodes like ep1, 2 and 3.
But I was a little curious so I watched the torture scene and it's sooo much scary.
I never watched it again. How would the makers make that anime gruesome and insane... _________________  |

| I found a dub (ew... dubs...  ) on youtube and am watching it right now! I'll tell you what I think of it once I get past the initial 5 min!  Although, after seeing the cute characters... I was a little skeptical... Like are you sure it's a horror anime? ...and then I saw the opening scene...  _________________ |

| the opening scene's horrible. such no way you can tell that it's just "cute" because of cute characters, but it's "Horrible," super as in Siren lol _________________ |

The movie was a big letdown. It tried to condense the first four and two episodes somewhere near the end of the anime to create a coherent story, but it just ended up being a big mess. Furthermore, it really wasn't that scary. Yes, creepy in some parts, but the acting was horrible and really detracted from the overall scare-factor, I though._________________ |
