That destinction still goes to the Hostal series, piles of crap, imo, both of 'em. Also, I currently have two new ones to add to my list, both from America, I think.

Tamara *Has one of the most interesting death scenes I've seen in a while. A guy, whom btw is being controlled by the title villianness, cuts off his ear, then his tongue, then shoves a razor blade knife into his eye. All looks very realistic.  |

| My favorites (in alphabetical order, because that's how they are on my shelf): 1408 3 Extremes 28 Days Later A Tale Of Two Sisters Audition Dark Water The Evil Dead The Eye The Eye 2 Ju-On Ju-On 2 Marebito Night Of The Living Dead The Omen One Missed Call (The original, of course) Penny Dreadful Reincarnation Ringu Rosemary's Baby Session 9 (Probably the scariest film I've ever seen) tomie: Replay Hm..Loft was pretty scary. The Tales Of Terror From Tokyo movie was also pretty scary.  Edit: Wishing Stairs! I can't believe I forgot this one. I like the entire "Whispering Corridors" series, but I personally think Wishing Stairs was the best and scariest of them all. |
