I've heard a lot of controversy over this, but what's the beef on the Siren 1: Special Edition? Some people say it doesn't exist or it never came out of Japan. I have actually seen a commercial for it from a Japanese video game station on Youtube but I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. It doesn't explain what the new features are. idk, I just thought I'd bring it up on this forum to kind of get to the bottom of this.

Oh yes, this is it. and yes, the audio is behind.

I don't think it was ever released. The extra features were supposedly different difficulties and a behind the scenes.

Anyone else know anything?

Plus, in the commercial, there seemed to be a feature where you can run faster while in First Person. On the normal Siren, you can only walk while in First Person. And besides, you can get the behind the scenes on Youtube [verification needed] and the difficulty I find is just right.

Yup I saw the behind the scenes footage from the video in Youtube once.

I wish they had released the special edition. ;___; It also had a gallery of all the main character renders.

I heard the project had been canceled and instead on working on the special edition they worked on Siren 2 instead.
