reasons this is fake:
1. the whole "documentary" was dramaticised
2. why in the hell should an authentic video add music to certain moments?
3. from 4:38 to 5:00 the camera angle switches instantly from the woman to the display of the digital camera. You would have to shoot multiple scenes from different angles to achieve that
4. Apparently one guy insists that they should go into the building with the woman saying something like "really?". A few seconds later we get a subtitle message that the tv team got a special permission to enter the building, so actually the female reporter knew beforehand that they would enter the building, so this scripted video even has plotholes

5. Of course somebody would need to retrieve the dropped camera after they encountered that bloody thing in the end (atleast I thought it dropped or why would the video stop right there? The camera guy obviously didn't have enough time to turn the camera off). I highly doubt if something like that happened somebody would volunteer to get the camera back.
My third reason reminds me of that very bad South Korean horror movie "Gawi", also known as "Nightmare" in the west which also had illogical camera angle switches in a live video shoot with one camera.
Of course the video uploader on YouTube diabled the comment function to make the video seem more mysterios
