Official Siren: New Translation Website Updates

Once new updates have been made to the site, please post them here if I have not done so already : )

Recently, the website has gotten some of these updates. Most notably, character profiles for Miyako, and Howard Wright. Translations will possibly come soon? Anyone want to volunteer? That'd be sweet ^_^v

Also, a new Landscape section as been added, probably informing about the new and familiar areas of Hanyuda.

Then, they added new mini-sections in "Method." It shows you what can be done such as picking up Shibito's weapons and items, something about Shibito attacking and/or behavior, and also a mini-section about Miyako, probably about how you'll command her during gameplay, and her special relationship towards Howard Wright.

As a side note, andmebrick from the GameFaqs board for Siren: Blood Curse has given info on the Nurse and Police Shibitos' names.

The nurse is Yukie Kawabe. She was sacrificed in the supposedly talked-about "new ritual."

Japanese Promotion Video for Siren: New Translation is now viewable and downloadable.

6/26/08 (or possibly the day before): NEW INFO SECTION HAS BEEN ADDED.

Sub-sections in INFO include DOWNLOAD, which appears to be downloadable wallpapers for your PS3 that will be available (June 20, which means it's already available) in the Japanese PLAYSTATION STORE (PSN),

and SPECIAL CD, which contains info on the sound collection CD of Siren: New Translation! (No date was present on the info page, so I'll keep you guys updated on that!)

Yeah I saw that a couple days ago. You can change your PS3 into a Siren theme with a wallpaper and changing the icons. I so want that! D:

I'm really really glad I have a PS3.

I hope we can get our hands on the soundtrack!

NEW SUBSECTION FOR LANDSCAPE

Screenshots scrolling over time including Melissa encountering the nurse, Yukie, on a bridge, Sol investigating a tunnel, and Howard jumping into a moving trolley.

My guess about this sub section is an explanation on the newer areas of the game. Ones that possibly aren't from the original game? We need translations ASAP!

There has been an added "User's Voice" and when you press the button in the new window it looks like you can type something. I dont know whether its for giving your opinion on the game so far or what.

ALSO!! in the episode zero section it apears to be videos of a japenese camera crew reporting on the hanuda village. The latest video shows the japanese crew catching MELISSA AND SOL talking.

I have pics!!!

I forgot the characters are actually modeled after real people so its exciting to see them come alive!!

Great updates! I'm dedicated to watching Episode 0 everyday, and today I was shocked!

Yesterday's video left me thinking about what did the guy see and well... : ) There they are.

I had a hunch they saw either shibito or them so I was pretty excited! <3

I can't wait until tomorrows! But to be honest I can't wait until they release the last one to see if they will sound the siren. >D

Today's episode freaked me out. I thought it would be normal and whatnot, with the crew hanging out and eating their boxed lunches.

There is a mirror above the first guy's head. Keep watching it when the girl moves the camera towards him.

Omigosh >.< When I saw that, I just can't help but think back to a Japanese TV show called "Unbelievable," which showed alot of ghost photos and videos. This episode should be featured there lol

Yeah the last one should be when the siren blares. : ) What will become of the Japanese TV Crew? :O
